Care Instructions

Keep your slippers looking as good as new. Spot clean the outside as needed with a damp cloth, and gently use a suede brush to rejuvenate the slippers’ exterior. Sheepskin slippers should never be put in the washing machine.

Sheepskin contains lanolin, a natural antibacterial that controls odors. To keep your slippers extra fresh, you can sprinkle a bit of baking soda inside now and then and let sit overnight. Gently vacuum the interior the next morning and wear as usual. Another tip: put your slippers in the freezer for 24–48 hour to deodorize (trust us, it works!).

Question:

Will the darker leather colors (gray, black cherry, blue) transfer pigment onto lighter color fabrics such as furniture or carpet?

Answer:

Typically, this is not an issue our customers have reported. However, as with any darker color dyes, that is a possibility. This is not something that we have many issues with and of course we do offer free returns and exchanges if there is any problem.

Question:

What is the general width of the slipper. I have a wide foot and usually order a size larger if the shoe is not ww. Not sure how this works with your slippers. Is the slipper meant to be worn with a sock?

Answer:

We offer slippers in medium widths and some styles are available in wide widths. Slippers can be worn with or without socks. The shearling is a natural insulator and will be very warm without socks. The Sophia you have selected will stretch as they are a soft sole and don't have a structured sole.

Love these slippers

I bought these slippers in grey and they are beautiful and so comfy. I never want to take them off. I had originally bought a pair from a different well known brand and they were not nearly as high quality or comfortable. I returned them, bought these and am so much happier with them!

Very Lightweight and Comfy Because They Have No Rubber Soles

If you're looking for slippers you can just hang out in to keep your feet warm in bed or on the couch, these are them. They don't have a rubber sole on the bottom so they hug your feet and are very light. For walking around though, I prefer the Alyssa because they have arch support and a thick rubber sole. Because of the arch support, the Alyssa's are super comfortable to be on your feet in while doing chores around the house, plus they are very easy to slip on and off. I only use these (the Sophia's) on my no-shoes carpet because I don't want to get the bottoms which are sheepskin all filthy. They are very comfy and soft!

Awesome Slippers.

Love these slippers. Our floors are cold in the winter and socks just don't keep my feet warm. These slippers actually not only keep my feet warm, but sometimes a bit too warm!! LOL Love them.

Comfortable Fit

I replaced the slippers that I own because the insole moved from the toe to the heal when I walked. The insoles in the Overland slippers are sewn in and are very comfortable.

Disappointed with quality

While the slipper materials are very nice the craftsmanship was lacking. The shape of the toes was different. One squarish and one round. I returned them for an exchange hoping the next pair will look like a pair.

Perfection

This is the sixth pair of slippers I have puchased, some for me and some as gifts. I prefer the soft sole. This purchase was for my sister in law, she wears a size 12, which is very difficult to find. She loves them as much as I do!! If you want to buy a nice gift, or just luxury for yourself, you won't be disappointed with a pair of Overland slippers. They are absolutely dreamy
