Authentic Overland branded products are only sold In Overland retail stores and on Overland.com. No other retailers or third parties are authorized to sell Overland goods. Free Shipping, Exchanges, and Returns

Overland offers free shipping, exchanges, and returns on all U.S. orders. Every order includes a Return & Exchange Form with further information on how to pack and ship returns. When returning U.S. online orders, simply print our Prepaid Return Label and mail the item(s) with the completed Exchange Form – no need to worry about postage! For faster processing, return in-person at any of our Overland stores.

For in-store purchases, we ask you to return your item(s) along with a printed Return & Exchange Form to the Overland location you purchased it from. If you are unable to return to the location, please call our friendly Customer Service team at (800) 683-7526 or the store you purchased from for further assistance. Overland Speedy Exchange

Pressed for time? Call Customer Service to request a Speedy Exchange and we'll place an order for your new item right away. You'll be charged the purchase price of the new item, and once we receive your return you'll be credited the cost of the original item.

Refunds are based on the original form of payment. Funds will return to the credit card or online payment system used at check out. If you paid by cash or check, we will promptly mail a check to the address provided.
