REPAIR SERVICE

Every Overland coat is designed to last a lifetime. We’re happy to take a look at any Overland sheepskin or leather coat in need of repair, regardless of when you bought it. If we can fix it, we will repair it free of charge.
THE REPAIR PROCESS

Fill out the repair request form below to the best of your ability, describing in detail what needs to be repaired, then upload photos and click Submit Request.

Once your form is reviewed by our repair experts, we will contact you with a Repair Authorization Number to write on the box and include with your coat. Please note that in some cases we may not be able to repair an item once we see it in person; a repair expert will follow up with options if this is the case.

Make sure the item is clean and that pockets are empty.

Ship your approved coat to the address below. We recommend using a shipper with tracking, such as FedEx or UPS, and appropriately insuring the shipment. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item to us, but we will ship your repaired item back free of charge.

We will confirm that we have received your package. Repairs may take several weeks from the time we receive an item.

We will return your repaired coat free of charge, ready for many more years of wear.

We can replace buttons, button loops, toggles, snaps, pull tabs and some zippers. We can repair split threads or seams, as well as certain cases of holes or tears.
Current estimate is 4-6 weeks.
Please remember that repairs prioritize function over aesthetics, but we will do our best to make your item look its best.
