Qualities of a Premium
Sheepskin Rug

Luxurious Plushness

Premium sheepskin has a very high wool density per square inch, making it luxuriously plush and cushiony.

Amazing Softness

Quality rugs are generally larger and more evenly shaped. Each pelt is at least 97 cm—much larger than budget-grade rugs.

Quality Construction

High-quality sheepskin naturally has a luminous, even tone that’s unmarred by stains or discolorations in the underlying wool.

Natural Comfort

While lower-grade sheepskins may have minor holes, cracks, and scratches on their undersides, the leather on a premium-grade sheepskin is evenly textured, with a well buffed, supple feel (and an anti-slip effect).

Poor Shipping but Rug is Quality

This is an update to my review. I was disappointed in the shipping experience. Rug was just tossed into a box with a booklet and other marketing items floating loose with the sheepskin. Boxes can harbor bacteria and bugs. For $99 plus tax, employees should be trained to wrap the sheepskin in paper or place it in a stapled store bag. I at first thought there was no included brush but did eventually find it. Overland, do better! I was offered to return the rug and they would send another with a note to package more carefully but the carrier delivered to the wrong unit - 114 vs 108 - and I was frantic tracking it down!

Poor Shipping and No Brush!

The sheepskin itself is quality but who the heck packed mine?! It was not wrapped in paper or tissue, just stuffed into the box on its own. Reviews and videos online state a brush is included but I got nothing. The cards and booklet were also loose in the box with the sheepskin, all to be tossed around during transit. Upon calling customer service all I was offered is an apology with "you can return it and we'll send another one". Really? How about you train your employees that $100 items deserve more than just a toss inside the box. Do better!!

Luxurious fur rug

Very plush, luxurious rug. I had to return due to color was off for what I needed it for . Smooth wash return process. But I will buy again when I find the right color .

Disappointed in color

I love the softness of the rug, but I'm quite disappointed in the color. In the pictures, it was just lightly tipped in kind of a deep gray color. The rug I received is very heavily tipped in black.
