Even more adorable in person if that's even possible.

I'm so impressed with every item I've received. Quality is scrumptious. Customer service when I had to speak to a rep to have it delivered to a Fed Ex location was meh. She could've been a bit nicer. However, that would never deter me from ordering again. Items are always packaged luxuriously with a brush a substantial care booklet. I love the smell of the rugs. Nothing off putting.

This product is too small and the fur isn't that great of quality. Still backing and thin on the fur.
