Excellent Quality and Great Service!
After ordering a Sheepskin rug, as a gift for close friends, I noticed that I'd put MY name as recipient at their address. I figured it would not be a big problem and so let it be. However, shortly after placing my order, a customer service rep from Overland reached out to me to inquire whether I'd indeed intended to put myself as recipient, given that I'd checked the box that this order was a "Gift". My mistake was corrected without any action on my part. Great service! Many previous purcheses, both Online and in Overland stores, have proven its quality as EXCELLENT! Soon we will be visiting the Overland store in Santa Fe, and are looking forward to it.
