If you're hesitating, buy it!!

This coat is amazing and I have so many ideas in mind of how to style this versatile coat! I think sizing is true to size and doesn't run large. The sizing chart had me smack in the middle of a 2 and 4. I started with the 2, great fit in the shoulders and arms, waist button was more taught than preferred and no way I could button it all the way. Exchanged for a 4, waist and buttons is perfect, shoulders slightly large but gives room for a sweater. I'm 5'5' 135lbs, 28" waist and a 37 bust.

Absolutely beautiful

Love the soft leather, the tailored fit and design. I ordered a medium so I could wear a sweater underneath and it still looks great. My mother, who has an excellent eye, told me that I would be crazy if I didn't keep it. It looks great over jeans or a dress with boots, so I am expecting to get lots of wear. The only thing I wish Overland would do in their care of leather coats and bags pamphlet is to talk about waterproofing.

SIZING QUESTIONABLE FOR ME

Just got the smaller size and the sleeves are long and it is below my knee. I am 5'3" and 126 lb. The model is 5'9" and is a 4 or something so it would be above her knee and her arms are longer. I am trying to decide if I can accept the 'not perfect' fit because I love the 'frock' itself. Would look better if it fit. Talked myself into getting the size 6 and trying it, but unless the sleeves are shorter and hem shorter only the shoulders will fit better. Maybe that's enough.

Exquisite & Elegant with amazing Customer Service

Wanted this coat to wear at my daughter's outdoor wedding. Visited the Denver store and the coat was out of stock in all locations. Now, I can understand why.
