Standing By the Product

I purchased a Zack coat earlier in the month through the Jackson WY store. I noticed a rare manufacturing defect involving the stitching on the inner cuff of both sleeves when I got home.. The store ordered a new coat and exchannged within days. That type of service is tough to find but is the norm at Overland. The new coat is perfect and like a blanket when I put it on. On a clod, windy day recently I could have worn a T shirt underneath.. I doubt I'll have to zip it up often and am looking forward to the compliments I'll receive. when out on the town.. This coat will work with dark brown western boots or black....love it.

Beautiful jacket

The jacket arrived a few days ago after buying it online, so I chose it based on pictures. I love the contrasting stitching, the cut/fit, and the overall quality of the jacket. I wore it today in zero degree weather and it kept me very warm - much better than I anticipated. Very happy with the jacket!

Perfect!!
