Sized For Short Arms

I checked before ordering and was told XL sleeve length was 36.5". I need a 36" sleeve. The jacket I received was 35" at best. Otherwise, the jacket seemed to be finely made and felt good when I put it on. Because of the short sleeves, I will be returning this jacket.
