No quality control
I am now on my third attempt to find a quality Zyla sweater in twig. I do love the style of the sweater. However, the first two had threads which, I believe, could have unraveled. The second one also had a too-toghtly knitted front piece so it curled under the buttons. Now I have a sweater with more tightly knitted trim. However, the front piece still curls under, but it is a deeper fold which perhaps I can force to remain in place. The size is marked as s-xs but is quite a bit bigger than the other two sweaters I have had. Thirdly, the second button from the neck is attached too high and this button is for some reason not a snazzy or as large as the others on the sweater. The loop, however, is knitted to accommodate a smaller button!!!! Customer service has been great!
