Regarding the Women's Kit Italian Nubuck Leather Loafers, the first 5 photos show a light cream colored shoe, but the last photo shows more of a true beige. Would you know which is more of the true color of the shoe? Also, if these don't fit or the color is not what I want, are these refundable? Just checking. And regarding shoe width, are they a standard medium width or are they more narrow. thanks.

These are a true sand color. The last picture may seem to have a bit darker hue to them, but it is more of the background pulling in that you see.
