Edgy and versatile, the Kanda water-resistant leather boots complement your personality while keeping you comfy and protected from season to season. Made of full-grain Italian cowhide, these lace-up ankle boots also feature black YKK zippers for easy wear. A rear bolted strap adds attitude, while naturally insulating wool lining and supportive inner layers offer your feet breathable warmth and support.

This boot is crafted with an intentionally unlined heel, which prevents socks from catching and heels from rubbing, enabling a more secure and comfortable fit.

I need to put orthotic arch support insoles in these - can I remove the sheepskin insole and replace with my orthotics?

Overall great boots but sizing slightly off maybe?

I originally bought these in the smallest size they sold (5/5.5) and when I tried them on they felt so tight. I thought it could be the sheep wool lining and maybe if I wore them they'd fit better but I didn't want to chance it so I returned these and ordered a size up. I have worn my boots a few times now and the wool lining inside has compressed a little and they feel more spacious than what I am used to. I wondered if I should have kept my original size. It isn't uncomfortable or even bothersome, just something I noticed. Something to keep in mind when ordering a pair. I have always been a size 5 or 5.5 (35/36). But nonetheless, the boots are incredibly warm, waterproof, and stylish. They go with everything. Love them. Overland is my absolute favorite company for quality, warm, classy, and stylish outdoor wear.

A great casual look and feel!

These boots are great for fall weather, casual wear or hiking! Yes good support, soles and very comfortable even for hiking. The look is very nice whether you wear them over pant legs or under. Easy zip for on/off. Just great quality. Fit is perfect for narrow/med foot. Probably not for a wide foot. The wool lining makes the boot super , yes, super comfortable!

Love them right out of the box

I bought these in my regular size and did not size up (I wear an 8 and bought the 39). I wear a lightweight smartwool sock and they fit perfectly. Once the shearling sets down I could probably go with a heavier sock (if I wanted to, but the shearling lining makes them very cozy). I am very pleased with the fit and construction. The zippers allow me to get them on and off easily, but the laces will allow me to loosen if needed. The soles have good traction and they are flexible enough. Overall, very pleased with this purchase. They were pricey, but I take good care of my shoes and if they are well made they will last me a very long time. I expect these will last well.

I LOVE my new boots!

So comfortable, great style, and high quality

I bought these boots on sale. I love the style, the warmth (wool-lined), and most especially, the side zip. Made so well, with a great sole for slippery terrain, and oh so comfortable! Thank you, Overland, for the high quality of everything you sell!

Eye catching.. BUT....

This is a very nice and warm boots, but the sizing is kinda weird, I bought 1 size bigger because that's what I read from reviews, I don't know if I should have just bought my real size but the shoes itself makes my feet stressed when I'm using it to walk. And mind you, 10 steps I can feel my feet feeling heavy or weird already. I have it 2 stars because it is really warm.

First impression- love!!

I haven't used these in full winter snow environment yet as I currently live in a desert but just out of the box and walking around in a normal cooler day I am impressed with the quality and comfort and they don't make my feet too warm either considering it's 70 degrees. I sized up one size due to the fur lining and am glad I did (usually 39). They fit perfect with my normal cotton or wool crew socks under. Excited to really test them out on our winter holiday trip! They feel sturdy and grip well .
