Women's Jaydon Wool-Lined Leather Boots

These boots are gorgeous. They can look dressy or casual. I walked around in the snow in them and they stayed dry and warm. I should have read the reviews about the sizing. I ordered my standard 38 which should have been roomy. Had to return for a 39 which fit. Returning them for an exchange was easy and quick so not I'm not too upset. But something is really off on the sizing.

I loved the boots but couldn't keep them because they were too wide for my calves.

I really wanted to love these boots. They look even better in person-absolutely stunning. However, something is seriously off. Last year, I purchased the shearling-lined leather boots with the buckle on the side, and they fit perfectly. I had no trouble slipping my foot inside. But the boots my husband just ordered for me-the ones in this review-were a completely different story. I couldn't even get my foot inside! It's as if the entire shoe size is 3-4 sizes too small. I'm from Europe, and a European 39 is my standard size, but these boots felt more like a 36 or even a 35. The measurements are so off that they reminded me of a child's size boot. For context, your other boots with the thick lining fit perfectly, so I'm struggling to understand what went wrong with this design. Please address the sizing issue and bring these boots back! The demand is clearly there-just look at all the other ladies eager to buy them.

Lovely boots but definitely size up. I am a size 10.5 and purchased 42 but they were difficult to get on. Calves are tight as well but got them zipped. They are comfortable and warm once on. If you size up, they are the perfect boot.

I'm saying pretty much what the other reviews are saying. These boots are beautiful and made well. They are just way too narrow in the foot. It's a shame, I really didn't want to send them back.

First time ordering from Overland and probably my last. Sorry to say but the price tag and quality are not in alignment. I dont mind spending a small fortune on an item if the quality is there. However can't logically justify it if it's lacking. I dont believe these boots were real leather/suede and perhaps they were designed for a baby? I have skinny ankles and could not get my foot in. Sorry for my negative response but I'm being honest.

I wanted these boots to work sooo bad. But unfortunately they were way to small. I'm a solid 8.5, medium width, average instep. I have several pairs of Overland boots and size has never been an issue. I had to really squeeze to get my foot into the boot, which was painful once on. There was no way I was going to be able to zip them up. They are beautiful and in keeping with Overland's quality. The length wasn't an issue but the measurements for the calf/ankle are completely off. By that info these should have worked for me with room to spare. I think the design needs a little reworking. Even moving up in size would not have made these work for me so back they went. Really a shame 'cause they are so cute and well made. My search continues for a tall black boot!

These tall boots are perfect for a casual look, wearing with dresses and skirts. I love the low heal and quality craftsmanship . They fit perfectly (5'4). Customer service was wonderful. They shipped the boots at no charge .
