Our weather-ready boot beckons with height and contrast that dazzles with lovely detailing. With a warm wool lining and a treaded TPR sole, the Ilka challenges the elements in a statement design. This striking boot is expertly crafted with water-resistant leather from Italy, and the addition of a wool lining ensures warm, comfortable feet. All details are well considered, from the full length inside the zipper + pull tab for easy on and off to the leather trim with contrasting topstitch detail, and lace-up front design for added style and support.

These boots are temperature rated down to 5°F in moderate activity, such as walking.

This boot is crafted with an intentionally unlined heel, which prevents socks from catching and heels from rubbing, enabling a more secure and comfortable fit.

Several reviews state that the top of the ilka boot stained their jeans/pants. Any solution to this?

You can use a Suede protectant on the boots to help with dye transfer. We recommend Kiwi brand.

For the very bottom of the boot, do you use rubber soles? (Or, are they polyurethane?)

The sole is made of thermoplastic rubber (TPR).

Are these boots stuck at 13" circumference, or does that expand with the lacing? I have 15" calves and am curious if I can wear them. Thank you!

ANSWER:

The description says 13" shaft, 16" circumference - 13 is the height - circumference means around the calf. Circumference is the length of a circle.

Excellent quality!

These boots are so comfortable and warm, I have worn them to work indoors and my feet didn't sweat yet keep my feet warm outside!

They are extremely warm

These are the warmest boots I've ever worn. The entire inside of the boot is lined with sheepskin, way warmer than the boots that begin with the letter U. They are very comfortable and can be worn all day with no trouble. Love ❤️

Beautiful and Warm

I love my new boots. I am typically a size 9.5 so I ordered the 10 for winter and wool socks. I bought the green boots because the blue was sold out but love them too. The color is gorgeous. They fit well and are very warm for Alaskan winters.

Beautiful boots

Bought these for a winter trip to Canada and another in London. They are beautiful and comfortable. Hopeful they hold up to the weather but optimistic based off other reviews. So nice to find boots made of real leather and not full of junky pollution plastic.
