So excited to find these mules with strap to hold in heel! I owned four pairs by a diff manufacturer some years ago. However, it is built like a boot not a shoe. Its sole is a slick hard rubber. Talk about sliding over tiles even carpeted floors. Bulky and needs socks rather than an edgy no socks look. I had to return. I will continue to look for one that fits closer to the foot and grips the ground . So disappointed.
