Women's Born Muna Shearling-Lined Leather Boots

A beautiful boot. I love the full shearling wool lining. Too bad the calf circumference is designed for thin folks. I cannot zip them up completely. I really should return them, perhaps I will give them as a gift. So sad because it is such a beautiful boot.

I bought the boots in August. I don't know how well they will work during winter yet but in August they make my feet super hot:) I am very glad I found cute natural boots for a great price and didn't want to wait. I needed a boot on a small heal and from natural fur. Last year I waited and ended up with cold feet all winter. No more cold feet for me. I changed the look of the boots by flipping over the top front part so that 2" of fur show. It is easy to do since the top front is a bit longer than the top back part. Zipper works well and makes it easy to put them on. The boots arrived on time and I liked the return policy. I felt safe ordering online despite the fact that I prefer to buy boots in a store.

My husband bought the pair for me as a gift but ordered the wrong size. Overland has excellent customer service that beats other online retailers including the industry leader. Free return (free return postage) to make sure I get what I want and that I am satisfied. That's why we buy from Overland. The boots have beautiful shearling lining all the way down even to the toes - warm and soft. Make sure though buy one size up since they tend to run smaller because the shearling lining takes some room.

My favorite brand of boot is born all but one pair of a more than a dozen boots I own are Born, I was very disappointed with these, one they are too tight, I am a size 7.5, but I always orders boots 8 for the extra room with heavy socks, but this are not conformatble, nor are they warm like I thought they would be.

I bought these on sale taking a big risk as I thought they would be way too wide in the calf (from reading amazon reviews, I have a slightly smaller than average calf). A lot of people with a wider calf say they fit great! I think the design and shearling lining offers some leeway both ways as they fit perfectly. Super warm, very comfy and fit perfectly - same footbed as other Born boots I have tried on. They do have a slightly awkward zipper as others have mentioned, but I think that's expected when purchasing this style. Wish I could afford a black pair too :)

Reluctantly, I have to send them back because the size is too small for me and they don't have larger. The boot itself is PERFECT. I wanted warmth without looking clunky. These are it. The color was darker in the summer brown then I expected and darker then what is shown in the picture. But that was also perfect for me. The zipper is great. Is goes all the way down to the side of your foot for comfortable and easy on.

This boot delivers. I especially like that I can wear it barefoot- no sox- even in very cold weather, and stay on all day indoir with no sweating - because they are fully lined with pure shearling wool. I've noticed many major bands have switched to synthetic fleece lining, but still characterize their product as "shearling" lined. The only thing I would change is more cushion in the arch/ sole underneath the shearling footbed. The curving zipper is graceful, fashionable and makes on- off a breeze.

These boots are so pretty! The shaft circumference numbers are completely accurate, so be sure to trust your own tape measure around your calf. Wish they offered a wide calf width in this style!

Warm winter boots with fleece all the way down to the toe! I use them as riding boots. Very comfortable and great looking, got lots of compliments. The only thing is that I can feel cold coming through the zipper shaft on really cold days. I'm going to get a fleece strip and sew it on the back side of the zipper shaft to insulate just a little more.

I was looking for a leather, water-resistent version of my "famous brand" aussie boots. Unlike a lot of "shearling lined" boots where the shearling ends at the foot, and only the shaft is lined, these are in fact shearling lined all throught the boot including the entire foot area all around it and of course the insole too (except for the little section that cups the heel, that is leather, to "reduce wear" according to the overland rep I emailed.) However, I sent them back bc the zipper is not insulated in any way or even padded, it allows cold air in, and rubs against my ankle painfully, so I can't wear these barefoot the way I do my beloved aussie shearlings. I will keep looking, but its a cute boot and warm, if you're going to wear socks, that is. PS i have skinny calves the the shaft on these gapped a bit, so that was also a factor. PPS - the shearling is NOT white or cream as it seems in the picture, it's more a pale grey, not as cute for that to be showing but that is just my opinion.
