I love the simple lines, that it isn't bedecked with belts and clasps and belts and zippers. It's classic. I love the removable lining. All my other coats are either/or. This one is trans-seasonal. I love the stand up collar: no neck drafts. Salesperson was helpful but not pushy. Free shipping arrived on time. Very positive experience.
