Like a face hugger, it ends badly.
Once the boots were taken out, there was some type of petroleum/gas smell. (don't tell me it was the ink inside the boot, either!) Second, after paying over 300 for these boots, I would ASSUME they would be quality controlled as the laser pealed back extra on one of the boots, then some type of damage was on the other one, some sort of hole (no picture) Third, the fit was off. I tried 9 1/2, but I doubt the 10 would be much better. Fourth was the color on one of the boots. For being made in Mexico with no quality control involved is no surprise. I am becoming very disappointing with Over-land's choice of selling this garbage to the public. Why I even bother to post amazes even me. This is the second time I have complained about the quality of their merchandise, and of course, was ignored. Remember Overland, I can always go somewhere else, which I did, and located better boots.
AND as usual, I have to delete pictures and re post because your website can not handle it.
