Vivian Sheepskin Coat

The Vivian is truly striking - the quality is unmatched and it's uber warm, but it's really the cut of it I find so covetable - its flattering and not too bulky. Can't wait to take care of it and have it forever.

True to its size , small should order small

I don't normally write reviews, but if anyone is feeling like I was - hesitant about spending this much money on a coat from a company you've never heard of until it appeared on your Instagram feed - I'll take the guesswork out of it for you: GET THE COAT. I have a couple of Burberry coats that, although of a totally different style, cannot hold a candle to the craftsmanship of this coat - it's simply stunning. The color is exactly what I was hoping for - a midnight navy. The fur trim detailing is classic and soft. I am only 5.4 so this is a hair longer than I'd like for me, but because I wear heels a lot, it's totally fine. I called customer service ahead of time to ensure I could return it with no problem if it wasn't what I was hoping for, and the woman I spoke with could not have been more helpful. I have worn it a few times already, and it's a showstopper - everyone wants to know where the coat is from.

I bought this coat after trying it on in the store. It is absolutely beautiful! However, within 1 week, the inside button had fallen off and the stitching holding the pocket in place had come undone. The top button near the collar was so loose as to be hanging. I brought it back to the store and was told that I can leave the coat there for a couple of days to be repaired by their local seamstress. I declined the offer, partly because I had worn the coat to the store and didn't want to be cold on the way home. I had hoped to exchange it for another one, but they said they didn't have any more in stock either in the store or nationwide. Three days later, when the manager finally found time to contact me, I was almost ready to let them repair it (which is frustrating since I don't want an expensive coat that has to be immediately repaired!). The next morning, the metal tag broke!. The manager has also now informed me that buttons on the coats are purposefully loosened before they arrive to the stores to help people try them on! For a company that seems to pride itself on craftsmanship, this seems bizarre. The manager told me that I can wait until someone else returns one and then I can exchange mine for that one (assuming that nothing is broken on that coat). These coats are not cheap and I would have expected both better quality and better customer service.

I've never gotten this many compliments on anything I've ever worn! For all my tall, long armed girls that can't ever find a good fit let me introduce you to your new favorite coat. The length is perfect and the arms length is adjustable which makes for a perfect fit for everyone. This coat is so chic it makes you feel like a rockstar while wearing. Its warmth is unbeatable, the blue is so stylish and the fur on the collar and cuffs which has a blue base is gorgeous! If I could give it 10 stars I would, best looking coat they make! The store where I bought it had a small and an XL but the collar fluff and color was very different and not as attractive so I think every coat could be very different but the one I bought is really beautiful. Don't hesitate! Love it!
