Absolutely Gorgeous Coat

If you love soft, feminine, and luxury, this is the winter coat for you! Love everything about it from the material, craftsmanship, and design. Recommend ordering one size smaller than usual. At 5'8" and 140#, I had to exchange my medium for a small.

Beautiful Coat

My husband gave me this coat last Christmas. It's beautiful and heavy! I'm 5'4" so it's longer on me than on the model but still looked nice. Definitely feels like I'm wearing a luxury piece. Great choice.

Beautiful coat, but returned

I've purchased from Overland and have been very happy with mostly everything. Items are beautifully crafted. This coat is beautiful! I purchased it because my body type favors an A-line style. Unfortunately, it has to be returned. I ordered my usual size, but the fit is too narrow, especially in the sleeves. I usually wear layers when it's cold & I wear belts. This coat does not lend itself for such a lifestyle. The coat also does not have a neck closure to fend off the cold. The coat just fits with one thin layer of clothing underneath.

My favorite coat

Despite one major flaw, this is my favorite coat. For it to be truly functional, there should be a button to cinch the hood around one's face. As it is, the hood is merely decorative, and the slightest breeze will blow it off your head. But it is so soft, warm, and beautiful, I wear it anyway. I plan to have a button added to solve the hood issue because I like the length of this coat. Otherwise, if I were tall, I would order the Dakota, which already has a button for the hood.

A show stopper!

This jacket is an amazing, quality jacket. Possibly one of the highest quality items that I own. It is absolutely beautiful and very thick and warm. Be cautioned, that the other reviews recommend sizing down, but I do not believe this to be true. I believe the jacket runs true to size. This is my second Overland jacket and I wear a medium in both to allow layering over larger sweaters. If you size down, as recommended, the jacket will be very formfitting and difficult to wear certain pieces under. I was very happy with Overland's customer service, and they were able to get me out a replacement jacket in the correct size in time to make my trip to Quebec City. The jacket was gorgeous and received many compliments. I am 135 pounds 5'2" and athletic built. The medium was perfect for me.

Fabulously Beautiful Sheepskin Coast

I was very sad to return this gorgeous Navy Toscana coat. The quality is superb. However, at 5'2" and 130 lbs with and athletic build and broad shoulders, the coat in a small was not a great fit for my frame. My arms, back and shoulders were a little squeezed. The next size would have been too big/too long. The fit and flare silhouette, though lovely, would flatter a taller person with a more petite upper frame. Nonetheless, the coat is beautiful. The navy was darker than expected with a subtle sheen. The hood when left open creates a gorgeous frame for the face.

Awesome fit and quality

Perfect to size . Light weight and very warm. I walked for 20 minutes while it was snowing and the coat kept me very warm . I have to say that I was also wearing knee high boots from Overland ( loved them too) !I what I love most from the coat is that it is light weight and it just look awesome. My favorite coat now.
