Excellent

We originally saw this product in Durango, CO but did not purchase. While in Chicago, we again saw the jacket where they had only one at the Michigan Ave store. There was a slight flaw in the jacket, however the two ladies at the store went above and beyond and were able to locate another one to be shipped to our home. Believe it or not, it was the same one that we saw and tried on in Durango. We are very pleased with the product, and the customer service guarantees our return business.
