We first saw a jacket we loved in Durango but waited to purchase until visiting the Ft. Worth store. We called ahead to check availability, and they kindly held the size we thought we needed. When it didn't fit, they helped us order one, but unfortunately, that size was too small. After calling again, we learned they had more sizes in stock, so we returned and found the perfect fit. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful throughout the entire process, making sure we got exactly what we needed. Fantastic customer service!
