Product came damaged

It's a beautiful hat but came with missing gears. We'd been searching for a stream punk hat like this. Will now have to go through the hassle of returning for a replacement. Surprised for the price of this hat that it was shipped simply in the box with no packing materials. Arrived with excessive lint.
