It's gorgeous

I love this backpack ! ! The size is perfect , the softness is scrumptious and it holds so much with all the different compartments . I've received so many compliments while wearing it , it really is a fabulous backpack

The quality of the product was good.

The workmanship of the backpack was beautiful. I have had 2 other backpacks thru the years that have lasted amazingly long. I was disappointed with a design aspect though. The zippers, while good quality should dual open from each side as my other backpacks did. This allows safe and easy access without things falling out from the opening. This new one while very nice does have the tendency of having the opening a bit to large from the opening side.
