poor fit

This jacket in a 46 is cut more for a Tall. I am 6'1" 190 lbs. so I am not short. The sleeve on this jacket went 5 inches passed my finger tips so rolling the sleeves up that much is not am option and would look ridiculous. I am not a big fan of rolling up sleeves anyway but if it was an inch or 2 like it shows in the picture I could live with. The chest size for a 46-48 in this jacket is off. The one that was sent to me is more like a 50-52. So either sizing is off or this shirt jacket is made for a tall/taller boy.
