Made from genuine shearling sheepskin with a soft yet rugged exterior and plush shearling insulation, this hat goes the distance with warmth and flexibility. Its cozy front cuff shelters your face or snaps upright, and its earflaps can be worn down loose, snapped up to the sides of the hat, or fastened under the chin with a detachable leather chin strap that stores easily on the back of the hat when not in use. Great Material, definitely warm!

Great Quality of material. Some threads started to show loose on the front. Otherwise amazing hat. Definitely recommend 1-2 sizes up.

TRAPPER HAT

Its a very nice hat with Overland's usual excellent quality but it does run a little small. My hat size is 7 1/4 so I ordered a medium and it was too small. I exchanged for a large and it fit. Its very warm, comfortable and looks great. I am happy with my purchase and would buy it again. I love Overland's products.

Great quality love the hat.

Love the fact that you can wear the hat in a variety of ways. Quality of the sheepskin and fur are top notch. The only reason I returned it was that I wanted a black on black color to match my sheepskin coat, but the fur was a grayish color. Otherwise it is a beautiful well made hat.

Great Quality, Run Small

I was very excited to receive my hat. Shipping was fast. I ordered a size based on sizing instructions on the website and was disappointed it was too small. Sent back to exchange for a larger size. I can tell I will have and enjoy this hat for many years!

Just the winter hat I was looking for!

My head measures 24" so I was right on the XL/XXL borderline. After reading reviews for similar Overland products I decided to size up and the XXL is a perfect fit for my big bald head, also gives a little more wiggle room for the adjustable chin strap. I really like the plush sheepskin fur interior of this adjustable design, I have a different trapper hat from another brand with a satin interior but it always wants to slip off my head. This new one is not bulky or obtrusive but plenty warm, it will hopefully be my go to hat for many future frigid winter days to come! Now I just need to get an Overland sheepskin jacket to match...

Fits perfectly, lightweight and warm

I have a standard balck aviator hat, which I love, but this trapper hat is even better. It is thinner, more supple, lightweight, and fits nicely, yet just as warm. With the snaps and removable strap, it is also more versatile.
