Major flaw = UGLY!

The material inside the front flap, next to the zipper, bunches up and causes the front to be very bulky and unflattering. The jacket is already a big, heavy, and thick, and this extra material which does not lay flat just makes it more bulky. Rather than being cute and trendy, makes one look FAT! They need a snap or something on the inside of the jacket to hold this extra material in place... and at almost $1400, this should be designed better. The problem didn't present until I wore it for a day, and as my husband purchased it as a surprise while we were on vacation, I'm feeling very sad as I can't just take it back to the store. I love the jacket, but wish it looked as good on as it does on the hanger. I've contacted customer service, and hoping I get some kind of resolution...
