Russe Rabbit Fur Trapper Hat

Purchased this for my son who really loved the look. Upon trying it on, the front just sat too high on the forehead and the height of it didn't feel right. The front piece is just a bit large. The construction and fur were great but it had to go back as I wanted him to Love it. We are a big fan of what we have purchased in the past, rugs slippers and fur headbands.

For the price, this product is pretty poorly made. The lining is poly and the fur falls out when it is barely touched. I am returning this product.

I was immediately impressed by this Hat. The day it was gifted to me there was a blizzard and I ran outside with my partner to test it out and wow was I impressed. It totally negated the cold and snow in a way I have never seen a Hat do before. All this in addition to it being stunning. Everywhere I wore this hat people would complement me on it. I wanted to wear this hat everyday, however I couldn't because after my 3rd time wearing it (only 2 days after opening it from the box brand new) the right strap that is used to tie the ear covers up if it is too warm just popped right off... No hard pulling or tying, just normal use. At first I wanted to just chock it up to the garment being lemon, however that was until I noticed something similar happened to one of the sheepskin coats I had purchased from overland a few weeks before. There seems to be some quality control issue with their fine threading. I recommend If you are to purchase anything from them do not purchase anything with thin stings, Buy the hats that utilize the buttons instead.

I was sad to return it b/c it's beautiful. But the lining is polyester which is not only unhealthy but not comfortable. I wish it was all shearling what comes in contact with you.

Super soft, comforting and cozy! It falls very low on my forehead, but I guess that's the point-total coverage! Absolutely beautiful and practical, naturally warm but also additionally insulated. . Can't wait for an excuse to wear, but maybe don't need the excuse. Just go for it and enjoy! Super!
