The Romano dresses you in Italian timber calf leather, a rugged, premium leather that looks exceptional whether you’re dressing up, commuting to work, or going casual. A waxy finish adds longevity and resilience and a special tanning process allows for tonal color changes that gives this jacket a rich look every time you wear it. Double front plackets with high collars zip you up and snap you in for a fashioned look with year-round protection, while the wool/cashmere blend lining includes Thinsulate fill for exceptional warmth. Bi-swing shoulder pleats in back offer freedom of movement, adjustable shirt cuffs offer a snug fit, and two front pockets warm your hands. 100% calfskin leather with wool/cashmere blend lining and Thinsulate fill. 2 inside breast pockets and cell phone pocket.

Very impressed

My favorite leather jacket. Perfect in every way,. Look, feel, fit. Handcrafted in the USA!🇺🇸 In addition, Overland gave the best customer service I have experienced with an online purchase. I bought two sizes and returned one. In my opinion it runs slightly large.

Get it, enjoy it, before the weather changes!

This jacket is incredible! The craftmanship, texture, smell, style, fit and the cashmere interior, are absolutely of the highest standard. My only regret is that I waited so long to order it. Now that the weather is getting warmer, I'll have to wait until next year to really enjoy it. Customer service was excellent. Delivery time fantastic. I can't say enough good thing about this company.

Wonderful jacket

Overall, the jacket is very nice and met my expectations. The Ramano Palominois a beautiful jacket. I do have one snap on the sleeve cuff that does not hold well. Haven't reached out yet for a possible solution, hoping I can correct that myself. I had my jacket shipped to me with two day shipping, however, it took five days for me to receive my jacket. Weather wasn't the reson for delay. Regardless of a couple hiccups, I really enjoy the jacket.

By far the best, the most luxurious jacket I ever purchased

I love the quality of the leather, the cut, the pocket design and just overall feel of the jacket. It is really hard to describe or understand why, but this jacket in addition to being a great jacket, just makes you feel better - cozier, more comfortable. The quality of the leather is the best I have ever seen, and the cut is both comfortable and flattering. I received it before I went on 2.5 week trip abroad. I was complimented multiple times at many different places. The price seemed high, so I ordered it because I liked the look, but I was not sure that I was going to keep it. Now I understand both the price and the other positive reviews. I feel that the value I received is more than what I paid for it.

ready for the bitterest of winters

The exceptional quality of the leather & other materials used is evident . Same goes with the hand tailoring . Ive had mine now for two years & have only worn it a few times . It's a heavy coat intended , no doubt for rugged use outdoors in serious winter weather . I found for myself out doors in seriously cold winter weather consisted of exiting somewhere warm & getting in the car to go to another warm place , home , restaurant or shopping perhaps. I found this jacket uncomfortable to wear while driving because its simply to cumbersome , when a sweater or light jacket would suffice. Walking any distance in those conditions is another matter & this is your coat. Overland products are top notch. Their well merchandised stores, always seem staffed by friendly knowledgable individuals.

Extremely Pleased

Hello Overland Folks, Just wanted to send a quick review of my recently purchased Romano Palomino jacket. This is without a doubt the finest piece of outerwear that I own. The fit, materials and craftsmanship are of the highest quality. Super comfy, luxurious and it makes me feel special when I wear it. What's not to like? Sure it's pricey but I wouldn't want to make something of this quality for anything less. Nice to have something still made in the U.S. as well. The Italian timber calf leather is like butter and appears surprisingly durable! Please pass along my thanks to the truly skilled craftspeople that made this coat. 6 stars out of 5! Extremely pleased and would recommend to anyone looking for a mid-weight leather jacket of incomparable construction. NOTE: I also own the Jack Frost which is similarly excellent just a bit too warm for spring/fall.

Most comfortable leather jacket

I bought this jacket and wore it 2x, felt it was a little big, returned for smaller size and Overland was amazing about getting me the right jacket. Above and beyond the amazing customer service, this is the most comfortable leather jacket I have ever worn. Quality, fit and weight are fantastic and am sure I will be wearing this for years to come!

Love this jacket

I have had this jacket for about a year now and I absolutely love it. The leather is very thick and heavy and the quality is superb. This jacket will stand up by itself leaning against a wall! I get compliments from both men and women every time I wear it. As the jacket breaks in and develops some patina it just gets more attractive. This is the real deal. I am 5'11" and 215 pounds and XL shirts and jackets typically fit me fine. This jacket in a 46R fits great and is a tad roomy so I can wear a fleece or vest underneath if desired. Splurge and buy it, you will love it. I attached a photo of me in the jacket which I will say I am embarrassed about but what the heck. FYI- My wife has three jackets and a couple of pairs of boots from Overland and everything is high quality and gorgeous to look at.
