Any advise or recommendations on How I can maintain the material of the hat in its original state?

Answer:

Hello! To keep the hat in its original state, I would recommend storing it at a place where it will not get crushed. Store it in a breathable bag if possible and maybe on a shelf that is safe. For cleaning purposes, I would only recommend spot cleaning it lightly as needed. I hope this helps! Thank you!

I wear a 71/4 in a Stetson. What happens if I order a 71/4 and it doesn't fit? Also, where are your headquarters?

Great Summer Hat

Fine quality, really nice hat for summer

I called customer support to ask whether this hat would fit because your size chart indicated that the largest size would be too small. Your agent said these hats run large, so it should be OK. The one I bought is a bit snug, but it fits well enough. My only suggestion is to add a chin strap. I won't have trouble with this hat blowing off in a wind, but others might.

A proper straw hat!

I replaced my 20 year old panama hat with this one. It has the wider brim and crown style that I prefer. The construction appears to be quite good. I bought an extra large, and it fits well (big head, hard to fit). So far, so good.

GREAT SUMMER HAT LOOKS GREAT

Great hat looks sharp and will be my summer hat, I can't wait to weat it. It fits well, if a bit on the small side, it's a little tight but still fits. Well made and constructed, it looks more like a fedora than a cowboy hat. So glad I found this hat as it is hard for me to find women's hats that fit. Would buy again.
