The hat looked just as it did in the catalog. I gave it a 3 because the quality is gorgeous, but the hat in a size small is huge. I wish it had fit. The fur lining engulfed my head and only when i reversed it did it somewhat fit with the fur inside. Sadly I had to return it, which they make it incredibly easy to do.
