The customer service policies and representatives are a quality feature and add value to the business. I've also purchased the Maverick Sheepskin Rancher Coat and the Bur Spanis Sheepskin Gloves. Both fit as if they were made for me. In particular I appreciate the generous length of the gauntlet on the gloves. Based on these three pieces I conclude that a great deal of effort has been put into proper sizing and proportions of the garments. expect I'll add another garment to my closet in the future.
