Blemished/defective right out of the box

From Overland, I expect for the prices we pay for their quality control to be way better. This was defective right out of the box, and I left a review already, but it either never got put up or instantly was taken down. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Only gave the extra star because 95% of the stuff they send has zero issues. The area where the buttons are is way shorter than the length of the rest of the cardigan, so we it's buttoned up it looks weird coming up about 2 inches + on the middle when the rest hangs down much lower.

Defective out of the box

Just opened this excited to get it and the first thing I see is a defect. Seriously? I haven't even worn it yet and the threading is messed up on the right arm. What is that? I love overland products and usually the quality is top notch, but this is the first cardigan I've ever owned and I'm extremely disappointed. Also, the cardigan comes down further than the buttons, so the cardigan is the same length all the way around until the buttons come together and then it comes up over 2 inches and looks weird. For the price this costs and the quality that's supposed to be ensured, this is a huge disappointment. I only gave three stars because 90% of the things I get from Overland are fantastic, and people shouldn't judge their other products they have just on this experience with this particular cardigan.

Stunning pattern & color

Amazing knit pattern. I really like the highlighting of the pattern by a buff effect. Shade of blue is great with navy or gray pants or with jeans. Total winner

nice quality but

I found the way it fits around the waist was undesireable, there was inadequate elastic and it was uneven how it hung. The sides needed tailoring, baggy. The fabric was good and the weave nice. If I had wanted I could have had my tailor tighten it up but chose not to bother.

Gorgeous!

Although I am a female, size medium, I bought this sweater for myself because it is absolutely gorgeous. It's one of those treasures that you want to keep forever. I bought it in a men's size small. It is a thick cotton sweater with a special treatment to the yarn that gives it a variegated color. Two front pockets. Extra buttons. The variety of intricate patterns in the weave give it a luxury heirloom quality. Beautifully made.
