Sadly, No Go

I love the look of this hat! when I ordered , I received a return. The hat was worn and bent with some scratches around it.. to add to the purchase whomever packed the item didn't remove the return label from the first purchaser and the name was covered with packing tape. I called customer service. they were quite helpful in the situation , I also sent pictures of the worn hat. In return they sent me an exchange .. I was so looking forward to receiving the hat. The Second hat was a disappointment and it was not packaged properly and it to had scratches on the leather. so sadly I had to return the hat.. WHAT A DISSAPOINTMENT.. I will post pics

Loved my first and bought another.

There is a lot I like about this hat. It looks good and it's very comfortable. I wore my first one a lot. I couldn't decide between the 2 colors which is why I bought a second one in a different color.

My spectacular hat

This hat is amazing. I purchased the sage color. Goes with everything and can be worn for any occasion. Dress it up or down or do what I did...wear it for a photo shoot!

Great Hat with colors

Purchased the sage color in small. To me ( and some other reviews) it's not 'sage' but light teal or something else. Regardless I like the color. Size small, I wish Overland had 'extra small' size hats. The ribbon to tighten it didn't help ( ok my head is small) and I was going to return the hat ( boo hoo) until I recalled I had a roll of 'hat sizing tape'. It's sorta weather-stripping for hats ( paper you rip off on one side, sticky stuff on the opposite side). Measured, cut in half lengthwise and applied between the hat and the band. Voila! The hat now fits without having the inner band bunch up. I'd maybe buy another color if it came in size extra small but I have a lot of wool hats now. Appreciate the color choices, lightweight leather & wool.
