Pierre Sheepskin Coat

The feel of this coat is otherworldly. I have never felt the suede or sheep skin of this quality. I just had to shorten the sleeves a little bit; otherwise, the fit is as advertised.

I love this coat!!! I am very glad I bought it. So many compliments! It's absolutely gorgeous, very warm, and fits perfectly. I'm 6'3" 160lbs. The photos are accurate. The color is a blueish greyish. It's stunning. My main winter coat is an L.L. Bean Arctic Expedition Parka. Its about 750 down fill, rated for -50F. What can I say, I get cold. It's a really awesome coat, but not very stylish. This overland coat can easily keep up. It actually feels warmer, and I definitely prefer the way it feels over my very synthetic LL Bean parka. I recently wore my new coat in 10 degrees and windy conditions, and I was toasty warm and very content. I like the pockets. Good location. They are good-sized, stuff does not fall out of them, and they are kept warm by the fur lining of the coat. The interior zipper pocket is nice, too. I was concerned I would not have a great range of motion or be able to move easily wearing this coat, but it's better than I imagined. My one complaint, and the reason for 4 stars instead of a resounding 5, is the buttons. They are not sewn on well. One of mine is already very loose. This is absolutely not acceptable for a jacket this costly, and this seems to have gone unaddressed for years. If I did not feel confident resewing them myself, I would probably be a lot more upset about this. Pretty sure they need to switch from machine to hand sewing their buttons.

This was a gift and he absolutely loves it! I had to exchange it for a larger size, and your customer service was absolutely fantastic to deal with. A very efficient company and a great product.

No inner chest pocket as one would expect but there's an inner pocket attached the left hand pocket that could fit a cell phone. I haven't worn it in the cold yet but I suspect it will be good.

This coat is really sharp. It took awhile to be available, but worth the wait. I've worn a 48 jacket for 20 years so that's what I ordered. It was definitely too big which it sounds like is a common issue. However when I called I was pretty anxious and purchased a 46 with the expectation of being reimbursed when my 48 arrived. The person that helped me was fantastic and somehow I received the new coat the next day. It fit perfectly. I sent the 48 back the same day I received the new one and had my refund within two days. Great quality, beautiful coat, and exceptional customer service. I've already found the next purchase phase, but it's not available in a 46 yet. I do wish they had more stock.
