Nice Jacket

It is a nice enough Jacket, but did not feel like a luxury jacket. The Sherling was kind of rough on skin and the whole jacket was a bit stiff. I did not end up keeping it.

First Time Customer!

My initial impression upon opening the website, was pure joy! I was confronted with outstanding choices with styles, colors, materials and craftsmanship, and reasonable prices. Didn't think it could get any better, however, it did. Upon delivery, which was prompt and as promised, the coat I received exceeded my expectations. Soft to the touch, great fit and feel, are just some of the positive attributes of my outstanding purchase. Patiently waiting for the REAL cold weather to wear my new coat! Thank you Overland.

High quality coat

High quality coat. Great style. Definitely made for less than 30 degrees. Fits a little big. Perfect with a sweater. Wish the hand pockets were lined with the same wool as in the jacket. Also wish it had an inside breast pocket.

Coat arrived with buttons hanging off

The coat itself is beautiful. However it arrived meticulously wrapped with two of the buttons almost completely torn off and two others loose. It seems like bad quality control to ship a product in that condition. I immediately called customer service and there were limited options for repair beyond submitting for a full return and refund. I opted to take it to the local store and they can help me fix the coat. I expected better service for a coat at this price point.
