Excellent Vest/Outstanding customer service

This was a Christmas gift for my wife. The initial order was too small for her (L) but the customer service support was OUTSTANDING, and I received the size she needed in time for the holidays. It is a wonderfully made vest and she loves it. Excellent experience all around.
