Great!

Ordered this vest but when the package arrived I found a reversible jacket, not even my size. I assumed someone else would be surprised to find my vest rather than his jacket. Called Customer Support (Jackie). She set me up for the return but no more vests in my size. She said she would call me once the vest was received, if that was in fact what happened. Low and behold, that's exactly what happened. Once the vest got returned, it was overnighted to me. Just received it today. 2 days before my Alaska cruise. Well worth waiting for, warm and quality workmanship like all Overland products. Can't say enough about Jackie and her customer support!
