The wool fibers keep your temperature regulated, so you’ll be comfortably warm on your early morning walks or curled up in your reading nook. And the beautiful woven pattern, which reverses colors on the other side, offers a flattering focal point.

“Baby Alpaca” refers to the fineness of the alpaca wool—not the age of the animal—and is one of the softest grades of alpaca wool, most often compared to Merino wool in feel. Softer, lighter, and warmer than sheep’s wool, baby alpaca wool is naturally water-repellent and a thermal insulator, even when wet. Because alpaca wool contains no lanolin, it’s also hypoallergenic and can be worn next to the skin (it doesn’t cause that “scratchy” feeling in those sensitive to regular wool products). Over 80% of alpaca wool comes from Peru, supporting over 50,000 families living in the Andes mountains; it is widely considered one of the most eco-friendly natural fibers.

This is a beautiful wrap but the fabric sheds

This is a lovely design but not thought out as a choice of material because the fabric sheds, just awful on black. I would return it but I had removed the tags because it is reversible, so now I have a pretty piece that I cannot use.

Yes! This poncho is a winner!

The quality of this poncho is a 10. A medium, substantial weight, great length and feels generous in every way. The fringe adds. It's long enough to throw one end over the shoulder. It dresses outfits up and down as well. You might not want to take it off! I've laid it out on the couch (looks fab) and it is a wonderful, quick cover up for my ankles when I read. :) Design is subtle and timeless. Perfect for travel. A joy!

Perfect Gift
