some finery in this warm shirt jacket

The feel of the felted Italian wool is enough to want three more in different colors of fall but then the plush shearling lining in the whole bodice is the reason I bought it. My new favorite thing.

Handsome Shearling-lined Jacket

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband. The green-wool outside has a lovely gloss to it, and the athletic fit is very flattering. The inside shearling is dreamy soft and keeps him warm on blustery days. Also a great car coat if you find leather jackets a bit too stiff for driving. For reference he's broad shouldered and chested but athletic torso, 170lbs and 5'10", and the 42 is a perfect fit with a thin sweater or long-sleeved thermal T underneath.
