Bag looks

I really liked the bag. Unfortunately, the one I received is not what was shown in the website. When I received the bag, it looked so old, like years of being used already, grayish instead of new saddle color. I was not able to take a picture, as I was disappointed, I put it back in the box and sealed it for return. It is not what I expected, so, I returned the item.
