The Phoenix #59327 is listed as waterproof in your catalog. On this website it does not say that it is waterproof. Is it waterproof? Thanks

ANSWER:

The Phoenix is water resistant. Full saturation for long periods of time in water will penetrate the boot. Walks in the rain or snow will not be a problem for the boot.

What is the tallest leather, waterproof(able) (Bear greasing is ok, no suede) sheepskin lined boot you have. Looking for calf height for trekking in deep snow

Bourbon Man

Very high quality and well made. The boot keeps my feet warm. The drawback is the sole is uncomfortable with no cushioning comfort other than shearling lined.

Nice boots, but too big

The boots seem well made and are certainly very warm but they are too big for me. I'm a size 8 or 8.5 (EU 41) in almost any shoe brand and my feet are practically sliding around in these. Wish they offered a size smaller since they run big. To anyone considering these, go down a size and you'll be happy.

Beautiful leather and finish. Little roomier than normal so suggest you size down if possible.

Another amazing product

These boots are a relaxed comfy fit that are perfect for a cold Montana night out at the steak house. I have sensitive feet and they are a hard boot sole but nicely shaped and so cozy. High quality product and a really nice way to stay comfy, but still dressy. I now wear these over my more casual slip on keen boots when leaving my ranch. Overall, overland is one of my favorite companies. High quality products and actually priced well against other competitors which are few and far between.
