Its full zip front and button-over storm flap protect you from cold winds, while two outside slip pockets and two inner zip pockets keep your essentials tucked away safely.

Some color transfer is possible with dyed suede. Take care when wearing with lighter colors.

The "wow" coat; a timeless & classic statement piece

I own and wear the "Three Amigos" as I call them (McKinley, Jack Frost and Carlsbad). I use the McKinley (black) for a more formal setting over a sports coat or suit or elevated cowboy boot. The black can be worn casual I guess but cappuccino brown is probably better for a more casual vibe. The McKinley is warmer than the Carlsbad but not as warm as the Jack Frost. With just a light sweater on I think you'd feel comfortable down to 30F in this coat. But once; cry once. The price is expensive but you are getting great quality and a piece that is noteworthy and not fast fashion. Wear this coat over a Kiton suit and John Lobb shoes and you've mastered classic fashion.

McKinley Black Sheepskin Coat

This jacket is great inside and out with the quality and construction. Beautiful black leather with double collar and beautiful shearling with nicely stitched pockets with leather straps instead of using thick thread like all the other previous jackets I have from them(Quilted, Bomber). Higher quality jacket and very happy with it

Better Than Expected

Hesitant to buy such an expensive coat online, I visited the shop in New Hampshire during a recent trip. I tried on many items for sizing and ended up buying this coat. I'm 6'4'', about 220 lbs, and the size 44 fits like a glove. The quality, style, and superb customer service in the store are excellent. I will definitely buy more from Overland Sheepskin.

Stunning coat!

Not only is this code beautiful but the quality is very, very high. I bought it for my husband, and he absolutely loves it! With the weather getting colder, he was so happy to have it to wear. I cannot say enough good things about this coat- that's so much we both love it. It took one return, and a re-order to get the size, correct? But once we did, it's perfect!
