Maverick Sheepskin Rancher Coat

Unfortunately the 40 is too big for me. Additionally, the sleeves are incredibly long. I am going away on vacation and will not get it in time to have it altered before my trip. I'll reorder a size down upon my return at some point, because it is a beautiful coat.

The coat is superbly made of fine quality material. It is beautiful. This coat will most likely outlive me. I'm 66 years young.

Received the coat and was quite impressed. It's a great looking coat and something very different from what you'll see out there. It's rare to see anyone wearing shearling and if you do, it's likely just going to be the typical WW2-style shearling bomber jacket. This is something entirely different and will stand out. It's a heavy (in a good way) coat with a great feeling weight to it. Finally when it comes to price, you are getting a lot for the money. Considering the build, weight and simple fact of being a shearling coat, it's at a great price. You might be able to find cheaper, but once you start looking at the finer details, such as the shearling thickness, leather quality, stitching, etc, it becomes well worth the price. This coat has definitely got me hooked on shearling and overland as a company as been great to work with (I originally bought one too large and needed to exchange it for a smaller size). Definitely recommend and if this isn't your style, any other shearling coat from overland will be great! Im glad I don't live near a physical location otherwise I'd be a lot poorer.

Been looking for something like this old style classic sheepskin look for a few years now. Was uncertain on correct size as I vacillated between a snug 38 or looser 40 with a little more flexibility of movement and comfort. Opted for comfort. It's so important to feel comfortable and the looser size translates into increased swag. Love the color. Love the lining. Love the jacket. Ready for Winter 🐶🌙🚀

I wanted a shearling jacket for as long as I can remember. It had to scream comfort and say I'm not doing any manual labor. It does just that !

Pretty much the perfect length for this style of coat and just looks great. The leather is soft and looks high quality. Wool lining is like wearing a blanket, very comfortable and warm. I've had other version of this style of coat from other companies and this one is by far the nicest. The inner zip pocket is a feature I love in coats and jackets and I'm very glad they incorporated one. I only have two complaints and they're so small I couldn't knock the rating down. Some of the seems have pieces that don't seem completely combed out and you'll probably find some lint for a while. The other thing is the chain in-coat hangers, I'm just not a big fan of having that much metal in my coats. It's kind of irritating if it's cold out and makes it's way down your shirt. Think they would do better with a different sewn in hook material.
