Inaccurate pictures
The coat was a gift for a discerning recipient. I have no access to see it in person so I trust websites pictures and when the recipient opened the box he was taken aback that I chose 'leopard print' knowing their dislike for animal prints. I was embarrassed to say the least and showed him what I thought I was getting: a solid beige coat. Needless to say I'm looking for another gift I can see in person.
I called customer service and thought to exchange it for a coat for myself, I asked for any discount since original purchase had one, anything at all, Jackie said there is not discounts at all and referred me ro the instructions in the box for exchange it. Not what I expected after reading comment after comment about how great their customer service is. Not my experience at all.
