Excellent shearling coat , Flimsy interior pocket attachment

Excellent quality and workmanship. The interior pocket should have been attached with a leather material or something more substantial than a small sting. I feel that this would detach in the near future. Overland can maybe send their customers something to retrofit this string or they can change their design in the future. Fit is excellent. I am 5 feet 9 inches with a 40 inch chest , 32 inch waist and 175 pounds. I went with a size 40 . I would definitely purchase from Overland again. Their customer service is excellent.

What a product, what a company

Bought the coat six years ago. Somehow, tore the coat at the base of the right hand pocket. Overland offered to repair it, but assessed it was just a matter of time before the repair failed; the torn area was "high stress". So, they offered to exchange the cost for a new one. Cost me $9 at FedEx for a box to ship the old coat back to Overland. And within a week, had a new coat. Shoot, man. When was the last time anyone's heard of a company standing behind a six year old purchase like this?
