Very nice looking and very warm!

Quality jacket and very warm. I ordered a large (I'm on the cusp of a L and XL) and upon receipt and trying it on, the chest is just a bit snug. Exchanged it without a hassle. True to size

Nice Coat But...

This coat is attractive, quality made & very nice. I like most everything about it except the interior pockets are not "made into" the coat lining--just sewn on at the top & attached with a strap at the bottom; doesn't seem very durable & appear like they were an afterthought. Further, I would say it is a "nice coat", but certainly not a luxury coat & certainly not worth the price! ALSO VERY DISAPPOINTING OVERLAND APPARENTLY IS FARMING OUT ITS MANUFACTURING TO OVERSEAS COMPANIES--ANOTHER AMERICAN ICON SELLOUT!

An excellent coat

I love the outdoors and I've spent my life in downs and shells. I decided to try a leather coat. These are beautifully made, excellent quality, and most of all warm. I said to my wife after wearing it in blizzard conditions, "it's a completely different kind of warm." I loved this coat and the Blade so much that after trying them both on I bought both. I love them each for completely different reasons. The Blade is a dressier coat, longer in length, and works great for date nights. I look forward to many years of wearing them here in Colorado and in Scandinavia.

Beautiful

Terrible fit

The sleeves are too short and shirt sleeves come out and it's uncomfortable. Terribly overpriced for bad design.

1 year later - still love it

Every time I put this on, I am so glad I made the decision to purchase this coat last year. Still fits well, is extremely comfortable and all the hardware - snaps, zippers, and even the strange pocket strings - are still tight. I went with a size 46 and my standard suit jacket size is 42 L. If you're on the fence like I was, you won't regret it!

Excellent fit, superb quality

It is the first time we make such a purchase on line! I mean a winter sheepskin jacket. We took a risk, but it was worth. The jacket is splendid, elegant, exulting quality and class. We also appreciated the cover and wood hanger. Highly recommended!
