Beautiful coat poor quality control

Bought this coat as a special gift. It arrived on time, packed perfectly and ready for wrapping - problem is the collar had two small notches cut into it. These are not natural imperfections but caused by hand or machine cutting. Website no longer has the coat online. Very disappointed with the quality control aspect.
