The antidote to cloudy days, Kuhl's soft, lightweight, three-season jacket offers everyday protection in a creative urban design. Made from a fine cotton blend, the Rekon takes you hiking, camping, or running errands, packing easily into your luggage or backpack so you'll never be without it. Oodles of details make this hip-length jacket charming, including grosgrain detailing, four-pockets with side zippers, topstitching, gusseted cuffs, and a banded hem and cuffs for a finished look. A stow-able nylon hood is zipped into the collar and ready when you need it, while the drawstring waist gives you a snug and flattering fit. 63% cotton / 36% nylon / 1% spandex with 100% nylon hood.

Canvas Jacket

It's too early to write a review based on actually wearing it. It's 95 where I live, so it will be a few more months. But I love this jacket. It is actually slimming! and very comfortable and has the emergency hood for rain. I seldom pay full price for anything ever, but this jacket is one item I bought without any kind of discount.

Beautiful Jacket

I love this jacket. I can't wait for the weather to cool down so that I can wear it. I haven't had a jacket fit me like this in a long time; it's very comfortable.

Beautiful and pratical

Light weight canvas jacket

I wanted a light weight jacket to wear on a trip to New York City at the end of May. I saw this online and since I had been very happy with a previous jacket I had bought from this company I did not hesitate to order. The jacket is a teal blue with many pockets another must have. I went up a size from a medium to a large. It fits perfectly. I would have loved it to be water resistant as well, but I plan to use a water proofing spray on it. The hood will be very handy on windy days. Another great product from Overland sheep co.

Love at first sight!

Beautiful and Functional

I bought the Amethyst Kuhl Rekon Jacket while on vacation. The weather was much cooler than expected, and I needed a jacket that could function well while traveling. This jacket did NOT disappoint! The fit is spot on. The zip-away hood is great for head protection in the wind and rain. I finally found a woman's jacket that does not cheat on pockets when compared to those made for men! The button system is unique and I especially appreciate the dual-direction zipper. One sweet piece that lets you look like a woman and performs like a champ.
