Stunning and well made beret!

This beret is not flimsy. It is thick and holds its shape well. I have a small head (6 7/8,) and it's not loose, but I wouldn't want it to be any bigger. It definitely will stretch to fit a larger size. It looks so expensive and can be worn dressed up or down.
